All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We work with several logistics providers to ensure timely delivery for all orders. For purchases within West Malaysia, we aim to deliver orders within 3-5 business days. For purchases in East Malaysia, we strive to deliver orders within 7-14 business days.

30-Day Trial and Refund Policy

Within 30 days of purchase, we offer a return and refund service, regardless of whether you're dissatisfied or the product isn't suitable.

Refund Conditions and Details:

1. The product must be returned to us within 30 days based on date of product received. The return shipping fee is bared by customer.
2. The refund amount will deduct the shipping fee incurred when we sent the product to you (RM10 for West Malaysia, RM15 for East Malaysia).
3. If you purchased a bundle with complimentary gifts, the refund amount will deduct RM15 for the gift and the shipping fee (this is only applicable to customers who purchased promotional packages).

**IF BUYER FAIL TO PROVIDE THE INFO OF THE PRODUCTS, THE BUYER MAY NOT ENTITLED TO THE RIGHTS TO CLAIM FOR REFUND OR REPLACE.
