Shipping Information<\/h4>

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We work with several logistics providers to ensure timely delivery for all orders. For purchases within West Malaysia, we aim to deliver orders within 3-5 business days. For purchases in East Malaysia, we strive to deliver orders within 7-14 business days.<\/p>

30-Day Trial and Refund Policy<\/h4>

Within 30 days of purchase, we offer a return and refund service, regardless of whether you're dissatisfied or the product isn't suitable.<\/p>

Refund Conditions and Details:<\/h4>
  1. The product must be returned to us within 30 days based on date of product received. The return shipping fee is bared by customer.<\/li>
  2. The refund amount will deduct the shipping fee incurred when we sent the product to you (RM10 for West Malaysia, RM15 for East Malaysia).<\/li>
  3. If you purchased a bundle with complimentary gifts, the refund amount will deduct RM15 for the gift and the shipping fee (this is only applicable to customers who purchased promotional packages).<\/li><\/ol>
